I love the flannel material of this duvet cover. I bought the red plaid color. The only thing I have found a little disapointing is that in the picture it looks like the plaid is red, white, and black. It is really red, brown, and a beige color. Has anyone else had their duvet arrive in these colors? I ordered both a twin size and a king size cover. I am having shams made out of the twin size and hope they both match. I sent the twin directly to the seamstress.

This duvet is wonderfully soft and matched the shams perfectly (I purchased sets of Blackwatch and the Red Tartan). I washed and dried them and found minimal shedding left behind in the washer and dryer. Actually, the least fluff in the lint screen I’ve ever seen with flannel! I’m a happy customer!

I bought this twin duvet cover to protect a new down comforter. I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase! The flannel is soft and cozy, and thick enough even to double as a light blanket on it’s own. (It does shed a lot of lint in the wash, so I’d recommend washing before using.) It closes with buttons at one end, and a nice touch is that when fastened the buttons are inside the cover, not outside where they could scratch the wall or bedframe. It fits my comforter just fine, with a little extra space left over. The colors of the stripes aren’t solid black and white, but sort of a dark grey/off-white blended with the red background. Very nice looking, and comfortable as well!
